About the role:
As an Engineering Manager, you will be managing a team of highly talented engineers and will also be a guiding factor to various futurist projects. You will also need to have a flair for coding as this will be a key area of expertise, we need from the entire engineering team. You will be reporting to the Director of Engineering
What you'll do at Beaconstac:
You will have end-to-end Managerial responsibilities and will be responsible for the success of highly scalable projects.
You will be in close contact with various stakeholders who are extremely vital for our functioning and existence.
Being Tech Savvy at Beaconstac is highly necessary. Each and every member of our engineering team has hands-on experience to code.
Be a part of a rapidly growing environment, having a panache to learn and teach.
Skills you bring to the table:
You need to have at least 5+ years of experience (1+ years of Managerial experience) and must have managed a team of at least 7 members.
Strong Coding experience in either python or java and must be willing to code as and when required which will constitute more than 30 % of your responsibilities.
Exceptionally good in System design and architecture.
Must have experience in a SaaS OR a product-based environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
