At Beaconstac, we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The position is full-time and based out of our office in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent
Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specification
Responsible for External Employer Branding
Responsible for being well versed with active as well as passive sourcing techniques.
Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently
True love for technology and what you do
Maniacal attention to detail
Passionate about talent acquisition and strong problem-solving outlook.
Strong negotiation skills.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years of experience as as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
