Sales Development Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven SDR leader to build and scale a newly formed sales development team. This is a player/coach role within which you’ll have the opportunity to grow your own team whilst proactively prospecting to targeted prospective customers. You will have an opportunity to make an impact strategically and directly through your own contribution and the strategies you help shape.


What You’ll Do

As the Sales Development Team Leader, you will lead a team of SDRs while using innovative techniques to drive demand through your own quota.

You will be training and mentoring the team to set a solid foundation for their professional careers

By working collaboratively with the marketing and the Account Executive teams, you will set up the team for high performance

Be a player/coach by executing on and overseeing prospecting, outreach, and lead handoff across a growing salesforce

Sales Playbook creation

Work closely with Beaconstac’s VP of Sales to define the Beaconstac outbound strategy and process for prospecting and outreach for mid-market and enterprise organizations


What We’re Looking For in You

3+ years of experience in senior sales development or leadership roles, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. 

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

A proactive personality and hunter mentality

You’re a great communicator and inspiring leader

A strong sense of team and a responsibility to your peers and teammates

You’re comfortable being uncomfortable and ardent about figuring things out. You thrive in ambiguity and have the capacity for creative problem-solving.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple deliverables while working in a high-paced environment.

A solid understanding and appreciation of social selling
