Product Content Writer (Technical)

About the role:

As a Product Content Writer (Technical), you will create and revise technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, and articles. You will collaborate with different departments to understand our products thoroughly. You will report to the senior product manager.

What you'll do at Beaconstac:

• Be able to think like a user and create intuitive and succinct documentation on Intercom and other documentation hubs.
• Be able to understand products thoroughly and interact with product management, marketing, and support functions.
• Ability to interact with different business groups and scope documentation assignments.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in content review and localization.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience with content management systems and tools like WordPress, Intercom, Markdown Editor
• Experience working in an Agile content development environment.
• Experience in editorial/peer-review.
• Knowledge about marketing tools and plugins will be an advantage.
• Looking for a Product Content Writer (Technical) with 5 years of experience.
• Excellent skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.
• Experience in API documentation is an added bonus.
• Precise documentation and clear communication skills
