Sales Development (SDR)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our outbound sales team. You'll be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with prospective clients. You'll get to know our products and programs inside-out and offer prospective customers clear insight into all things QR. 

What You’ll Do

Generating and qualifying a large pipeline of new enterprise leads in a defined vertical market

Developing relationships with key decision makers at some of the worlds largest brands

Prospecting potential customers with a focus on social selling and prospecting

Become a product expert and use this knowledge to educate prospects on Beaconstac’s value proposition

Deeply understand our customers, their use cases, and how Beaconstac drives business value.

Achieving and exceeding agreed upon sales targets and outcomes

What We’re Looking For in You

2+ years of experience in a business development role, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. A background in Marketing is a plus. 

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

A proactive personality and hunter mentality

You’re a great communicator and have great interpersonal skills.

You’re eager to spend your days connecting with prospective customers on the phone, via email, and on social media.

A strong sense of team and a responsibility to your peers and teammates

You’re comfortable being uncomfortable and ardent about figuring things out. You thrive in ambiguity and have the capacity for creative problem-solving.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple deliverables while working in a high-paced environment.

A solid understanding and appreciation of social selling
