Why we are looking for an Engineering Manager:
As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of highly talented engineers and be a guiding factor to various futurist projects. You will also need a flair for coding, as this will be a crucial area of expertise we need from the entire engineering team. You will be reporting to the Director of Engineering.
What we are looking for in our Engineering Manager:
You will have end-to-end managerial responsibilities and will be responsible for the success of highly scalable projects.
You will be in close contact with multiple stakeholders who are vital for our functioning and existence.
Being tech-savvy at Uniqode is a top priority. Every member of our engineering team has hands-on experience in coding.

What we expect from you:
7 (Min) to 10 (Max) years of experience (1+ years of managerial experience) and must have managed a team of at least seven members.
At least 2 years of experience working with AWS/GCP.
Proficiency in either Python, Java, or Javascript and being hands-on with coding activities as they would comprise a large portion of your responsibilities.
Exceptionally good in system design and architecture.
Must have prior experience working in a SaaS OR a product-based company.
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
